2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoSubmit, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.


3. Our Service

GoSubmit is a cloud-based software platform designed to assist firms in managing case submissions, workflow tracking, reporting and communication between advisers, paraplanners and support staff.

GoSubmit is software only and does not provide regulated financial advice, compliance services or paraplanning services.


4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when registering.
  • Keep passwords secure.
  • Ensure authorised users only access the platform.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. Subscription & Billing

GoSubmit is provided on a monthly subscription basis.

Subscription charges are billed monthly via Stripe. Pricing may vary depending on the number of active users and selected subscription plan.

Free trials, where offered, automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.


6. Customer Data

All customer data uploaded to GoSubmit remains the property of the customer.

By using the platform, you grant GoSubmit permission to store, process and transmit data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate legal basis and permissions to upload personal or sensitive information to the platform.


7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect customer data.

Data is hosted within the United Kingdom using third-party infrastructure providers, including DigitalOcean and Amazon Web Services (AWS S3).

While we take security seriously, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.


8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform unlawfully.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.
  • Use the platform in a way that could disrupt service availability.

9. Availability & Support

We aim to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

Planned maintenance and occasional downtime may occur.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GO SUBMIT LIMITED shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue.
  • Loss of business opportunities.
  • Indirect or consequential losses.
  • Loss arising from interruption of service.

Our total liability relating to the service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the customer during the previous 12 months.


11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse the platform.

Upon termination, customers may request deletion of their data.


12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to GoSubmit, including software, branding and platform content, remain the property of GO SUBMIT LIMITED.


13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.


14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
